Thursday nights are pretty special at the O. Henry Hotel. In addition to great food and a bustling bar scene, Thursdays, Live Jazz is provided in the hotel lobby. The music, played from 6-9 p.m., has been a weekly tradition since 2015. The hotel, itself, was built in 1998 making it 26 years old. The hotel itself, and the events scheduled there, make it feel like a European hotel. Afternoon tea is an example of a European tradition at the hotel.
The above photo, taken last night during the golden hour for photography, shows a red glow of the building. the scene was intensified by the vibrant sunset and the lingering red and orange on the trees. We hope you enjoy this Friday afternoon; it is the weekend before Thanksgiving. We hope you have a chance to get out and explore the many great places of Greensboro.
