Today's photo features Patsy Bohlen who offered her paintings for sale at the holiday market this past Sunday at the Greensboro Farmers Curb Market on Yanceyville. Patsy, or Señora Bohlen as her students called her, retired from teaching second grade at Jones Elementary School. Patsy taught in the Spanish immersion program with special expertise in science. Perhaps that is the reason she loves painting plants and animals. While already a talented painting, Patsy still takes lessons from Carol Coates at Revolution Mill. If you are interested in purchasing a painting or lovely cards, made from her artwork, contact her at [email protected] If you are still looking for gifts for family and friends, please remember our local artists.
Thank you Sra. Bohlen for your years of service to the Guilford County Schools. Here's to success in your second career!
Happy Tuesday!
