This is one of our favorite photos from The Festival of Lights. South Elm street looks so lovely with families milling about and stores open with colorful lights framing the scene. Then there is Santa peeking out of a second story window, where so much magic happens at Hudson Hill- lively conversations, plan making for future businesses, ideas about recapturing some of Greensboro textile history. Hope for the future grows when you realize that many of the people sewing leather and denim are young- as in between 25 and 40.
As seen on the signage on the side of the building, the Hudson Hill Building was formerly Coe Grocery and seed (See 2016 photo HERE).
