Twilight is so magical and this week, we have been blessed with clear views of the full moon. The above photo is the stretch of businesses between Pomona and West Market Street on Spring Garden. There are many new businesses in this area, including many Asian restaurants with delicious food. The restaurant in the rightmost section of this photo is Little Ari's Japanese Kitchen (4129 Spring Garden Street). It is a fun, special little spot that opened in 2018. For a great description on food options and more information about Little Ari's, read this Triad City Beat article.. Also, not far from here is Pho Hien Vuong (4109 Spring Garden Street). This family-owned restaurant has been open since 1996.
If you've made it through all of these days encouraging people to shop for the holidays, consider adding one more item to your December traditions: Trying out locally owned restaurants. And, of course if you are in this part of town, take your glass to recycle at Reconsidered Goods, drop off a donation, and shop a little.
Happy Wednesday!
