Saturday is a great time to explore the great outdoors in Greensboro. We have so many trails, around our lakes, and along the greenway. The above photo was taken between Bur-Mil Park and Summerfield. You can ride at. your own pace or even walk. Northbound is more uphill than heading from Summerfield back towards town. This, the Atlantic- Yadkin Greenway actually leads to Guilford Courthouse National Military Park. If you head out and ride the greenway in the morning, you will certainly be ready to eat at a food truck downtown and listen to some music at the NC Folk Festival.
Just look at this peaceful scene and imagine yourself here. Moving more is a big part of being fit for life. Have a happy Saturday, regardless of how you decide to spend it.
