Today's photo is of Carolina's Diner. There are several locations in the Triad and the corporate office is out near the airport. This is the location in Quaker Village. On the day we visited, we didn't think the diner was open because there weren't many cars in the parking lot. It is located in the breezeway with Elizabeth's Pizza and the Mexican restaurant and we soon learned most people park on the Wal-Mart neighborhood store side. The diner is open 24 hours 6 days a week, with shorter hours on Sunday when they are closed from 9pm- 6am on Monday. That is probably "deep clean" day.
If you like diner-style food, Carolina's Diner is as good as it gets and the prices are very reasonable. We're always in search of a good, home cooked, over-easy egg and this place delivered. The location, near Guilford Collage, probably attracts a lot of college students. Hopefully, in July the Eastern Musical Festival residents discover it, as it is one of the most conveniently located places to eat near the Guilford College campus. Carolina's Diner was established in 2001. It is hard to believe that was twelve years ago. Wonder how many dozen eggs they use in a week!
Happy Saturday!
I like the look of the place.

I think you mean "It is hard to believe that was Twenty Two years ago."
