Well, today is the last day of February. It is hard to believe. Today is a bit of a "fluff" post, but we like it. This weekend, we stopped at the post office on Battleground Avenue (where Aldi is located, former Earthfare space). As we were getting back in the car, we noticed the car parked in front of us was "Hope '99". We stuck around a while in the hope that the owner would come out, so we could ask for the back story on the Hope vanity tag. Also, we were wondering the significance of '99. We were thinking the owner of the vehicle may have been at Starbucks and were tempted to walk around looking for Hope.
It is always fun to see vanity tags and even more meaningful to get the back story. Is the owner named Hope? Does the owner have hope about something? Maybe a little of both. Given some of the current events in the world, we all need to work hard to spread a little love and HOPE!
Happy Monday! To our ever faithful reader, Ginny, all the way in Wisconsin, Happy Birthday!!!
A curious plate. It's been years since I've seen a North Carolina plate here.
