Greensboro has been having so much road construction being done lately. The above photo features the corner of West Market Street and New Garden Road. It can seem confusing to know where and how to proceed through an intersection with barrels; however, take your time and you will figure it out. Of course, we all know, in the end, any and all improvements will be worth the inconvenience. A lot of work is still being done in Greensboro on Horse Pen Creek and Westridge and Battleground to name a couple. Take your time and you will be able to navigate these temporary traffic patterns. If you are out this weekend, do be careful.
In spite of the cooling temperatures and fewer hours of daylight, when the sun is out, just about everything is glorious about Greensboro's scenery, even roads with barrels. You have yourself a nice weekend. Thank you for your loyalty to our blog, especially those of you who have been reading GDP for 13 years now!!! We've published over 4,500 photos of Greensboro! Today's photo is not our most beautiful, but it is a little slice of life of happenings in our great city.
Road work here is only halted by winter.
