1910 North Church Street is a happy, standout sort of building. We captured this photo the other day when the sun was low to the horizon and the lighting was so beautiful. Normally, we try to take photos with the surrounding wires hidden; however, the wires in the above photo seem to add to the view. The yellow lines in the street add visual interest, too. This building houses: 1) Piedmont Cardiovascular, PA; 2) Medication Management, LLC; and 3) Piedmont Communities, Spay, Neuter, & Wellness Clinic. The red and pink paint immediately has us thinking about the heart and the vascular system. What a great way to have your building stand out on North Church street. It is impossible to miss.
The single-story, yellow brick building was constructed in 1968, and renovated in 2012. The red and pink part of the facade are overlays on top of the brick. If you get a chance this weekend, drive by and have a look at this playful, joyful, eye-catching place.
Happy Friday. While it isn't "First Friday", there is always something to do downtown on Friday. Hope to see you there.
Very colourful.
