The Greensboro Transportation Department is featuring the "Reduce the Spread of COVID-19 bus. We caught up with it at the corner of Muirs Chapel and West Market Street. The city is trying really hard to provide transportation while being mindful of the need to maintain safety protocols. This is probably the 9 bus and here is a schedule for busses throughout the city. Fares are really quite reasonable, only $1.50 for a regular one ride pass. An unlimited one-day pass is only $4.00. You could spend all day on the bus and see where the adventures take you. Perhaps you are already a regular bus user. The busses are clean and the the City of Greensboro is working hard to reduce its carbon footprint. Greensboro was the first city in North Carolina to add electric busses to its public transportation fleet. The more we use public transportation, the more the program will grow.
