Happy Veterans Day! Eleven eleven is the day we remember those who have served in the military on behalf of the United States. The above photo is the flag flying over Independence Drive in Kirkwood. COVID is really impacting in-person events this year, including those that celebrate our veterans.A lone flag with no people present is pretty representative of how we are celebrating this year. Hopefully, there are other ways we can let them know they are appreciated.
