Driving around Oak Ridge Road in Summerfield, is a very curious property and it is currently for sale. The above photo features the lovely ironwork gate at the front of the property. Just beyond the gate in a quonset hut. Possibly it could be a home, or a warehouse, or storage. Beside it is another building that could possibly be the house. Somewhere on the property is a tiny home (under 1,000 sq. feet) built in 1938. The lot is around two acres.
In 2010, the owners applied to get the property rezoned so that they could put a riding academy on site. We're not sure what became of that venture, but, to be sure, this property has lots of possibilities and could be lots of fun. It is just waiting for someone creative to come along and help it reach its potential. 3818 Oak Ridge Road at Draper Drive. It is so fun to drive around and dream!
That would require some creative thinking.

What a strange thing! The gate is pretty...you would expect an old mansion behind them!

I drive by this place all the time. When we had the last snow fall I was very tempted to stop and take a picture of the snow on the pretty ironwood gate!
