Chapman Street is a lovely street that crosses over West Market Street at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. The above photo is a house right beside the church. It shows that daffodils are abloom in Greensboro. The stone house has a lovely screened-in front porch. It is a good example of the style and size of houses in that neighborhood. It is also an example of landscaping- large, mature trees and beds of ivy and flowers.
This 2,645 square ft. house was built in 1935 and hasn't sold since 1980. It seems, that whoever lives there works hard to keep it updated and beautiful. Happy Friday! It should be a great weekend to do yard work!
