Sunny Winter Day

After several dreary, cold and dark winter days, Greensboro finally got a beautiful day of sunshine yesterday. Temperatures rose to 60°. The above photo is simply of a patch of suburban woods in Greensboro. The sky is a fabulous blue, probably a result of rain, which can have a cleansing effect. 

As you can see in the above photo, there is a pine tree with its green needles shining through the deciduous hardwoods. One of the hardwoods has leaves that, while dead, simply don’t want to let go of the branches. Nature is so beautiful, especially in Greensboro. Happy Monday!
