With autumn comes corn mazes and haunted houses to visit around Halloween. Woods of Terror is one such attraction. It bills itself as an American haunted theme park and boasts 15 attractions in one location on North Church Street. The above car, spotted in Summerfield in front of the recently reopened Golden's Antiques, is a mobile billboard for Woods of Terror. The vanity tag reads "Eddie Mc", so it must be Eddie driving around advertising for the attraction. The graphics sure are catchy and Eddie is a big part of the nightly monster parade at Woods of Terror.
If you like these places, you can buy tickets online. The first date is September 20th and tickets start at $25. Fall and harvest time have many unique traditions around the world: The Tomatina in Spain, Octoberfest in Germany, Sukkoth in the Jewish faith, Vendima in Argentina, and so many more. Right here in Greensboro, we have a great fall tradition that even has its own fan club!
I might pass on that Janis, but I think Aimee and her friends would love it 😱
