Today is Sunday morning and there are so many options for praying and being with a faith community. The above photo features Greensboro's main street leading to town, with the West Market Street United Methodist Church positioned on the left, right in the middle of the Lincoln Financial Building. While not always located in this same spot, the church does have a 175 year history in Greensboro, with the congregation dating back to the 1820's. Remember, Greensboro has only been a city 1808.
If you need someone to pray with, Geensboro has many options. As one example, the 2,000 members of West Market Street will welcome you with open arms! West Market UMC looks so small from the above vantage point, but the good deeds it does for the city are so great. Happy Sunday!
Quite a contrast in architectural styles.
