Luther's Cafe is attached to the kitchen at the First Lutheran Church of Greensboro. It is a place where food can be prepared and served. From meals to coffee hour, churches are well served to have a place for food, beverage, and fellowship. First Lutheran is a dynamic church with many community groups meeting here. On any given night, when the church is seemingly as quite as a church mouse, you must might find a scout troop in here assembling snack packs for a camp in.
Believe it or not, in 2017, Jason Derose, for National Public Radio, wrote a food history and culture article entitled, Recipes for Reformation: A Menu to Mark Martin Luther. Perhaps, we should meet up at Luther's Cafe, at the corner of Friendly and Holden, and learn more about these recipes! Happy Sunday.
If Luther had any recipes, I don't know where he would have gotten them. ! But I do like this cafe and think it's a great idea for a church.
