NCAA fever and games are in full swing and North Carolinians are glued to the TV. Even though Duke is the only remaining North Carolina team, Greensboro cares about basketball. The above photo was taken at Rody's, a locally-owned restaurant and sports bar. Screens throughout the restaurant were sharing several games at a time.
Rody's is located at the corner of Battleground Avenue and Horse Pen Creek Road. It was packed last night while the basketball games were on. By the end of the weekend, we will know if Duke advances to the final four. Then, before you know it, it will be time for football season, and then basketball season again.
Happy Saturday and, stay safe, if the weather turns bad.
What's this NCAA thing anyway? And why would they want to duke it out. Strange goings-on in Greensboro for sure!

It does baffle me as to why college sports draw such a viewership.

Gonzaga put on a good show but they were left in the dust. That's all from us out here in Washington
