This beautiful Greensboro home, at 612 South Mendenhall Street, looks like it could be found at the beach or in a small, southern town. With all of the perennials in bloom, it is picture perfect this time of year. The robin's egg blue and white trim make the pink and yellow flowers stand out. That porch and brick path look so inviting. Equally inviting is the beautiful kitty that loves to greet visitors. This 1,600 sq. ft. house was built in 1921. It is so well maintained, it is hard to believe that it 96 years old. Situated between Greensboro College and UNCG and less than a mile from downtown Greensboro, the location is very convenient.
We're betting the owners really enjoy their house. We have so many beautiful homes in our great city!
Cool colour!
