On April 1st, 2017, in honor of Earth Day, all Guilford County high school students are invited to participate in a "Trash to Treasure" competition. The recycled and up cycled items will be judged at the Kathleen Clay Edwards Library. The competition is sponsored by the City of Greensboro. The above photo is an example of the kind of art they are looking for.
The above rhinoceros is just one side of a painted trash can outside of Reconsidered Goods. The whole can, and nearby seating area, look so inviting after a busy day of making art. We hope you get by to see the store, and this garbage can, soon. In the meantime, honk if you love rhinos!
A cool way to decorate such a can!
