How timely that the Battle of Guilford Courthouse was held the weekend before the primary elections in the downtown courthouse. The above photo, of Guilford County Court House, was one of the early voting sites in our community. If you are a North Carolina resident, hopefully you are registered to vote; know where you go to vote; have transportation to the polls; and have identification. It is very important for us to exercise our right to vote and will be interesting to see which candidates get the vote in our local community. Watching the results roll in is much more interesting when you have voted.
We wonder if the election results in North Carolina will have an impact on the election at large.
Today, March 15th, is also the Ides of March, the day Julius Caesar was assassinated and a turning point in Roman history.
Hopefully it's a very bad day for a certain full of himself blowhard developer.

Impressive building. We are voting in Florida today too, but I voted early last week!
