Happy Labor Day.
Today's photo was taken in front of Elm Street Center at the corner of South Elm and Washington Streets. These unidentified young gentlemen were waiting patiently for their family to take them in to an event. It was so fun to watch them play and pass time. These pre-cellular device years are absolutely precious. The little guys had not a concern in the world, other than expending a little energy while the adults were talking. Before you know it, they will join the pre-teen to adult world where we are all glued to our cell phones, checking and sending messages.
One of the great joys of childhood is the ability to truly be in the moment. We're calling today's photo, Unbridled Joy, and encourage everyone to put aside the cell phones and experience an afternoon of being enthusiastically lost in the moment (even if you are not in the position to do cartwheels on Elm Street).
What a wonderful shot, Janis!
