Montana is known as the Big Sky County; however, when we have days like the one photographed above, it makes wonder why North Carolina isn't known as Big Sky Country. The above photo was taken yesterday at the perimeter of Greensboro Country Club's Farm Course, off Carlson Dairy Road. Greensboro has several golf courses and they are a fabulous place to visit, even if you don't golf. Just being on the streets, surrounding the courses, brings a great sense of inner peace and appreciation of the infinite beauty of nature.
If you are lucky enough to have today off of work, to celebrate the Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday, please take time to look at the beauty of Greensboro and reflect on what we can do to ensure that all of our citizens are treated equally, feel safe and protected. Today is a great day for community service. Let us know if you have been able to do something for the community today, regardless of where you live.
(Sorry for the delay in publication over the last two days. Hopefully, we've got the glitch worked out).
That is s beautiful day!

That looks like a Florida sky!
Re your question on Ocala: I've never dropped out of the CDP community.
