This Thursday, a small group gathered to do yoga on the lawn of the Elliot University Center at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. It was a perfect day to be outside and it looked like a great way to destress from everything that piles up at this time in the semester. People in the vicinity fell into two categories, those who absolutely ignored the fact that there were people doing yoga on the lawn (like the woman on the bench with her laptop) and then there were those like us, snapping pictures and encouraging the women with smiles and a silent thumbs up.
While the yoga was good, the greatest thing to happen on a college campus in Greensboro this week was NC A&T's showcasing of a hypoallergenic peanut.* Just think, anaphylactic reactions, caused by peanut butter sandwiches, may be a thing of the past. Can we get a few sun salutations for NC A&T's great scientific breakthrough?

Great congrats to NC A&T's science efforts. Nice of you to showcase it with yoga. Interesting comparison?

Periodically we see that here going on in a park. A few days back there were a lot of yoga enthusiasts up on Parliament Hill.
