This is another photo taken at the Triad Acoustic Stage concert at Mack and Mack on South Elm Street the other night. Here we see the instruments resting among the Fourth-of-July-themed clothing at the design house. This was taken just before the concert, when all was quiet. It reminds us of Greensboro now, just before the Fourth of July. This is one of the biggest vacation weeks of the summer. Many people are out of town, in the mountains or at the beach. It may seem like nobody is here until you witness the deluge of people who will come out for all of the Fun Fourth festivities downtown this Thursday.
If you do not yet have red, white, and blue clothing to wear, you might still be able to get something from Mack & Mack. Most clothing stores are offering Independence Day wear. Here is a link to the Fun Fourth event. It has been a Greensboro institution since 1975.
(On a totally non-related note and for a little fun. See how long it takes you to find the cow-themed item in the above photo).
I do believe it is the stool. And being a guitarist (of not much talent), I do like the various guitars!
