Churches look so different at night. Above, we see a photo of Friendly Avenue Baptist Church on West Friendly Avenue at Hamilton Lakes. Here is the same scene by day. Friendly Avenue Baptist Church got its start in 1899 with seven people meeting in a store on South Elm Street. Today, after many moved, the church is in its current location and it has grow into a large and active congregation. We try to feature something spiritual every Sunday (see here). Some Sundays, we talk a lot about the church we feature. After crazy weeks like this one with the situation in Boston, you just want to keep it simple:
Eat, pray, love.............
I remember that you Auburn fans. They had the final rolling of the Toomer's Corner oaks yesterday and today. Thought you might like to see some photos: http://bfarr-theblueglass.blogspot.com/2013/04/final-roll-at-toomers-corner.html
Very nice night shot.
