Art on college campuses can be so creative. Above, we see a work of art on the campus of Greensboro College, in the open field near the library. The hut is constructed of bamboo and old picture frames. Imagine standing inside here and framing your face for a photo. It is very creative. It will look even more spectacular if we get snow. We checked the website for Greensboro College and nothing about this structure appears to be written. The signs beside it states that the structure is monitored by video surveillance; however, nothing about the piece is available on-site. It is also fun to stand inside and watch people walk by.
If anybody knows about the Bamboo Frame Hut, please let us know.
That is so cool. I love it.

Somewhere has told us that the bamboo hut has been there for a while. Maybe a year.

Greetings from Greensboro College, and thanks for the photo!
This is the "View House," which was created by students in the Spring 2012 2D/3D art class taught by Ted Efremoff, assistant professor of art. I'm separately emailing you a couple of shots of it that we took, one of which includes the panel that describes the project. We had a news release with photos on the website last spring, but for some reason it seems to have disappeared.
Please contact me if you would like to speak to Prof. Efremoff or need more information. Thanks!

Thank you for the information about the View House. What an appropriate title. Our Greensboro Daily Photo posts are always enhanced when community members add comments and relevant information.
