Interesting!
At first I thought is was READY Fork - I'm always ready with my fork if there is food around!
Have a wonderful day!

It is my hope that all the houses are sold; tough economy! Kate, ABC Team

Lovely home. Hope the economy begins to turn around and homes will be built and communities will prosper.

The downturn has caused planned communities near here to become ghost towns. Have no doubt these properties will sell in the future, but probably not at the hoped for prices. Hope they keep the wooded areas undeveloped. They add to the charm of the development.

"supposed to be" - always tricky to figure out what that means anymore.

It can be tough to navigate a "Reedy Creek" hope they can hold on and their sales pick up.
Too soon to really tell but in the last couple months things seem a little more perky in the So Cal economy,or maybe we are just learning to be happy with less and buy what we need and really want instead of willy-nilly spending.
Either way an uptick would be welcome.
