Seems like there has been considerable construction in Greensboro over the last two months. Bryan Boulevard has been receiving improvements over the last month and was closed for construction last night. A new Sheetz Gas Station is going up at the intersection of Jefferson and New Garden Roads. Recently, we featured the new Fisher Park Apartments and Meadowood Property under construction. Today, we saw 8 large dump trucks from Pffaftown turn on to Lee Street headed to a job site. Perhaps they were heading to the Lee Street property that has been cleared for the park near Musikgarten and the entrance to Olde Asheboro.
In the above photo, we see two men in a cherry picker working on phone wires. On the right, you can see the PNC Bank and the roof of Biscuitville peeking through. This photo was taken just north of Irving Park and behind the Target on Lawndale. Activity is all around us. Hopefully, your family is feeling an economic upturn. Let's all hope for the best and have a GREAT weekend!
We're sharing this with Skywatch Friday.
A true high-wire act! Nice capture.
