Where should we go for breakfast?........
How about your house?........
But, but, but, we're out of eggs!......
No, Your House at 2306 Battleground Avenue, on the northwest corner of Old Irving Park!....
YOUR HOUSE, a classic diner, has been open 24 hours, since 1965. That's 45 years of breakfast specials, master burgers, club sandwiches, boiled eggs, and free refills. We had the two egg, grits, toast, and jelly special for $2.25. This is the kind of place where everyone is honey and sweetie and they really do know your name, if you are a regular.
We're sharing this with Weekend Reflections. If you look around the cook's head, you can see some subtle reflections.
Any place with booths is fine with me. Looks like fun.

Such a fun "diner" feeling - blue seats! Hope the food is good, too!

Looks inviting but I'm a Tex and Shirley's fan from way back!

Love it. The closest thing we have to a diner like that is Waffle House.
