Neese's Country Sausage opened in Guilford County in 1917. For nearly a century now, Greensboro, High Point and surrounding areas have been enjoying Neese's always-fresh pork products. Their clean, efficient pork processing plant is located behind the farmhouse at 1452 Alamance Church Road in southeastern Guilford County. This family-owned business delivers to supermarkets every day. Lately, The Neeses have taken to hunting down and restoring vintage delivery vehicles-- some of which were previously owned by the family. Additionally, for 50 years, they have had a booth at the State Fair in Raleigh-- a great place to sample items like liver pudding and c-loaf before investing in a pack. North Carolinians who eat Neese's sausage have been supporting the buy-local movement long before it was a movement! Look for the square pack in your grocery store today!
The two red flags on the mailboxes give us the green flag to post on Ruby Tuesday!
For our historians and trivia buff, what (not so trivial!!!) historical event took place in 1917? I'll post the answer in the comments later if someone doesn't guess later!

I'm sure the happening GDP refers to in 1917 must be the Russian Revolution, knowing the interest of one of the GDP posters as I do.
