Whether you celebrate Good FRIDAY or just want to have a GOOD Friday, here's a soft and muted view on a quiet road in Northwest Guilford County. As winter lets go and Greensboro transitions to spring, likely, this is the last photo we will see with bare trees and brown grass. This photo reinforces the purpose for evergreens-- especially these conical beauties!
If you are leaving town for the weekend, be safe. If you are coming to town, welcome. If you live here, enjoy. For all with a few minutes to spare, enjoy the some of the 300+ Skywatch photos from around the world.
Your trees remind me that the cross is sometimes called a tree.
Even as a non-Christian, I find it rather heavy living so near to Jerusalem on Good Friday.
I'm glad that in Greensboro you can give your readers a choice.

Here from skywatch.
Lovely capture. I really like the different colors, even though they are muted from the winter.
Happy Spring!

That little lane looks so peaceful and inviting, like your homeplace might be just around the corner. We have often thought of retiring (way in the future) to the Upper South or Hill Country of Texas.
We are very spoiled by having everything nearby here in So Cal but you just never know.
Have a lovely Easter weekend!

Sometimes even the evergreens show the effects of cold, don't they? I think these trees will be happy it's Spring.
