The lights in the window match the mural :) Yes, it's a pleasure to see nice artwork around town. Interesting history.


This kind of got me thinking....who will be the next military person to have a statue erected in their honor?

Speaking of public art--do you know who did this mural? S/he deserves our appreciation.


He seems to be peeping into the lit window. :)


This is a great photo of Nathaniel Greene's mural and a wonderful piece of art. You captured him well. We live very near the Manassas Civil War Battlefield, and I sometimes wonder what it must have been like for them when the weather was as cold as this.


Of course, I had no idea why Greensboro was named such, so this is very interesting to me!
