From saplings to Peace signs, to the sky... and beyond. Why?
Guilford College is known for its fine liberal arts education with emphasis on social responsibility. Peace and efforts for enhancing its students' global perspective radiate from the campus. Guilford College was founded by the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) in 1837. Quakers are known for their tradition of pacifism (read more here).
